How are we paid?
We are free for you. Other brokers will say that. But it’s not quite true. We are paid on commission, so depending on the plan you choose, we might make more money. So we shouldn’t recommend for instance Kaiser,right?
Tenshi Financial and Insurance Services originally had no clients on Kaiser insurance. All of the existing clients we have were originally on other carriers recommended by other brokers. Now, half of our clients’ employees are on Kaiser. What does that mean? We put giving you the best value for you and your employees above our commission. Kaiser pays in general the lowest commission in the insurance industry.
Ask your broker how many of their clients they recommended Kaiser to. And how many of them use it. We have 50% of our covered employees on Kaiser. And we started with none.
Also, we provide compliance web-sites for our clients for no charge. It makes your life easier. Staying in compliance is important nowadays. And for groups of a certain size, we also provide automated onboarding for new employees and human resource information systems for open enrollment.
And you don’t send a single dollar to us.
